HVAM Esports

Grades 6-12 are invited to compete casually and/or competitively either within HVAM (with fellow students) are against other schools in the MHSEL. This club is run by Phillip Vincent (7th/8th Careers) and Robert Pintar (8th English). Each game practices and competes on a specific day. Games offered vary by semester but typically include titles such as Mario Kart, Rocket League, Marvel Rivals, Fortnite, Chess, etc.

Materials Needed

Students will need to provide their own gaming systems and games. Students will also need Parent/Guardian permission to join HVAM’s Discord server, which is monitored by staff.

Phillip Vincent started at HVAM as a Middle School Advisor but began teaching Careers for MS in 2021. He graduated from GVSU with a teaching degree in 2013.
