Letter from Our Head of School

Dear Highpoint Virtual Academy of Michigan Families,

I am excited to work with you this year toward building a brighter future for your student. As a team, we can use this unique public school option to create a learning environment that will help your student achieve beyond what you may have thought was possible. At Highpoint Virtual Academy (HVAM), the teachers and staff believe that all students can achieve, graduate, and go on to be lifelong learners. With the approval of our new Early Middle College program, we are working hard to ensure that all students in grades K Prep–12 are ready for the challenge and opportunity of that program or any other postsecondary pathway they may choose!

To provide the best experience, I encourage you to communicate with your teacher often. Ask questions, attend live Class Connect sessions, and let us know your challenges and successes. Our teachers are eager to get to know you and your student’s individual needs to make a plan and support you on your journey.
